no. as each soap is hand poured and hand cut, please expect slight variations and imperfections. i try to photograph the soaps to accurately portray the colors and details, but please understand that each soap is unique and hand made with love. the ingredients will always be the same on the label, unless i decide to make a change.

because of the FDA, i am not allowed to make any health-related claims about my products. i am not a medical or healthcare professional and do not claim that the use of my soap may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. the information in my listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in my soap. please consult a medical professional for treatment of serious skin conditions. as always, i recommend speaking with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product while pregnant and or while nursing.

soap should be dried out between uses, and using a draining soap dish will also help prolong the life of your bar.

all of the fragrance oils used in all my products are phthalate-free! :o)

unless otherwise stated, all my soaps are made with the cold process method.

i currently am not taking any custom or wholesale orders because i'm just one person making all of these :') i do plan on doing custom orders for events (like weddings, baby showers, etc.) in the future, but for now, i'd like to put all my efforts into my personal soaps. thanks for understanding!

citric acid acts as a chelator in soap, and for those with hard water, reduces the amount of soap scum left from using the soap. handmade soaps tend to leave soap scum because of its oils, and citric acid helps to combat that. i always use food grade citric acid.

sodium lactate is used for a harder, longer lasting bar of soap.

unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. once we turn your order over to the shipping company, ownership transfers to you. if the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping company to file a claim.

if your package arrives damaged, please send an email to info@jellybubble.shop, with the subject line 'DAMAGED'. please include the following in the body of your email: order number, tracking number, and photographs of the damaged shipping box and product(s).

because these are bath and body products, for safety and contamination concerns, all sales are final. once candles have been used, they cannot be returned or exchanged as well.
